Goal: To strengthen social cohesion and economic integration of refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh and host communities through sustainable solutions in employment, entrepreneurship, housing and social inclusion.
Objectives: 1.Improve the quality of life for refugees and host communities. 2. Support their engagement in entrepreneurship and self-employment.
Target Groups: Displaced populations from Nagorno-Karabakh and vulnerable local communities. Job seekers, self-employed individuals, startups, and SMEs. Refugees involved in creative sectors.
Location & Implementation:
Nationwide: Business support activities implemented by Iris Business Incubator and Impact Hub Armenia.
Ararat, Gegharkunik, and Yerevan (and nearby areas): NEXUS activities on housing, employment, and social inclusion implemented by Armenian Caritas.

The Project specific objectives are:
1. Quality of life of refugees and host communities is enhanced.
2. Refugees and host community members are more engaged in entrepreneurship.

1. NK refugees are empowered to meet their essential needs and Refugees engaged in creative sectors are integrated into the economic and artistic life of Armenia.
2. Capacities of relevant state agencies are improved and CSOs engaged in Migration and Refugee Protection field are strengthened for efficient advocacy.
3. Entrepreneurial opportunities are catalized for the target groups.
4. Early--stage ventures and start-ups receive business incubation services and access to finance.
5. The existing businesses by refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh are scaled.
