Title of the project: B4C: Promoting Participatory Budgeting in Armenia

Project Description
The objective of the project is to enhance the capacity of CSOs by providing them with information, skills, human and technical resources, as well as the routes to engage and influence debates on budget policy. Within the project, CSOs will receive both capacity-building and mentoring support, enhancing their ability to analyze budget proposals and public expenditure.
