Civil society recommendations to the 6th meeting of the Eastern Partnership Working Group for Gender Equality

This document sets out priority recommendations from civil society organisations (CSOs) for the 6th meeting of the Eastern Partnership Working Group for Gender Equality (WGGE) – focusing on  women’s political participation, gendered disinformation and combatting violence against women in political and public life.

The recommendations were developed by 88 participants from six countries during a regional civil society consultation on women’s political participation and leadership in Eastern Neighbourhood countries.

Both meetings were facilitated, and this paper was prepared, by the EU4Gender Equality Reform Helpdesk project, funded by the European Union and implemented by Niras.
