Apply now for the Eastern Partnership Academy for public administration at local and regional level | Apply by November 15

The European Committee of the Regions (CoR), through the Conference of the Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP), has launched an online academy  for civil servants and officials working in city, municipality or regional administrations in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine.

Sessions are held in English with live interpretation to and from the national languages of the Eastern Partnership countries, and key materials are translated.

The Eastern Partnership Academy for public administration will provide its participants with direct access to European institutions, expert knowledge, and real examples from EU cities and regions.

Participants will learn about the European Union, governance, and funding possibilities, and see how EU cities and regions solve everyday problems and build a network with peers across all Eastern Partnership countries.

The course includes six online sessions each lasting over 1.5 hours:

1. The EU institutions and bodies, with an emphasis on the European Committee of the Regions
2. Subsidiarity, proportionality and multilevel governance in the EU and EaP countries
3. Accessing and managing EU-funded projects
4. Transparency and good communication with citizens
5. Transparent and efficient public procurement at local and regional level
6. Digital transformation, e-government and innovation in local public administration

Academy participants will also get permanent access to a resource library with recordings and materials you can return to at any time.
