Open invitation for Research Papers services – within the projecton Strengthening Armenian Think Tanks
The EU Delegation in Armenia invites Armenian think tanks and individual researchers to submit prequalification documents for the EU-funded project, “Bridging Knowledge and Policy: Strengthening Armenian Think Tanks for Enhanced EU Engagement and Regional Cooperation.” The project aims to support evidence-based policymaking and strengthen Armenian think tanks’ contributions to EU-Armenia relations.
We are seeking high-quality, evidence-based research on the following topics:
- Armenia’s Emerging Strategic Partnerships and Their Foreign Policy Impact
- Human Rights Delivery, Monitoring Gaps, and Trust in Public Institutions
- Armenia-Turkey Trade Normalisation
- Countering FIMI and Hybrid Threats
Deadline for prequalification submissions: April 27, 2026, 18:00 Armenia time
Research papers will focus on actionable, policy-relevant analysis. Selected providers will receive EUR 6,000 to 8,000, depending on the topic.
