New hybrid course on digital skills for civil society organisations in Eastern Partnership
The EU-funded Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility has launched a new hybrid course to support civil society organisations in the Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine) in strengthening their digital competence.
The course combines online diagnostic sessions, in-person workshops, and practical one-to-one coaching. Participating CSOs will be able to focus on their priority needs – whether this means improving how they access and use data, using digital tools more effectively for communication and outreach, or strengthening their cybersecurity.
The course is designed around the EU Digital Competence Framework. Participants will be guided through a diagnostic process to identify the most relevant areas for their organisation.
The course is designed for CSO managers, staff members, and volunteers who directly influence how their organisation works with data and technology, and who would describe themselves as beginner to medium-level practitioners.
Participants should have a long-term role within their CSO, be ready to take part in continued peer-to-peer learning and support, and have a working knowledge of English.
The course will start on 17 June 2026 and finish by the end of September 2026.
To apply, please complete the online form as an organisation by 25 May.
The course is developed and delivered by the ‘Eastern Partnership Civil Society Facility’ project funded by the European Union and implemented by the GDSI-led Consortium. Its contents are the sole responsibility of its authors/trainers and do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union.
