Apply for 2027 European Prize for Women Innovators – open to Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine | Apply by December 1

The 2027 European Prize for Women Innovators, jointly awarded by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and the European Innovation Council (EIC), celebrates women behind groundbreaking innovations and successful businesses across Europe.
The awards are open to women applying as a natural person, legally residing in an EU Member State or a country associated to Horizon Europe, including Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. The applicant should be a founder or co-founder of the company or organisation, established in an EU Member State or a country associated to Horizon Europe.
In 2027, the prize will be awarded in three categories:
- Women Innovators: for women founders and co-founders. Prizes: €100,000, €70,000, and €50,000.
- Rising Innovators: for promising women innovators under the age of 35. Prizes: €50,000, €30,000, and €20,000.
- EIT Women Leadership: for exceptional EIT Community members whose innovation and leadership are making a strong impact. Prizes: €50,000, €30,000, and €20,000.
The deadline for applications is 1 December 2026.
The award ceremony is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
