Symphonic Europe
In a recent Facebook post, the EU Delegation to Armenia expressed its sincere gratitude to Maestro Sergey Smbatyan, the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, and Alice Sara Ott for their outstanding performance at the Symphonic Europe concert on October 24.
This marks the third consecutive year that the EU Delegation and the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra have partnered to host this special event. Special thanks were also extended to Ms. Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, for opening the concert alongside EU Ambassador Vassilis Maragos.
Bringing the audience together through a shared cultural heritage, the evening featured inspiring compositions by Ludwig van Beethoven, Giuseppe Verdi, and Claude Debussy. Cultural cooperation between the European Union and Armenia remains essential for strengthening people-to-people contacts.
