One-stop portal to support displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh
An information platform has been launched in Armenia to support people displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, created as part of the European Union-funded ‘Human Rights for and with Refugees’ programme.
On www.parzorenk.am, displaced people can find answers to their frequently asked questions on housing assistance programmes, employment and job opportunities, document restoration, and social assistance. The information is explained in simple language.
The ‘Human Rights for and with Refugees’ programme is implemented by the Democracy Development Foundation, the Estonian Refugee Council, the Coalition to stop violence against women and Commit Global. The initiative aims to support and empower refugees in Nagorno-Karabakh by increasing their knowledge and awareness of their rights, and providing information on available services and opportunities, through access to data.
