Fostering creativity: EU support for culture in Armenia – Video story

Maya, Tanya, David and George are students at the Yerevan State Theatre and Film Institute. Thanks to “Culture Moves Europe” funded by the EU’s Creative Europe programme they traveled to Perugia, Italy for a professional exchange. Culture Moves Europe was an exceptional opportunity – one of the very first chances for them to apply and give these four deaf young artists to chance to perform on a European stage.

These four students have already shared their performance with Italian and Armenian audiences. Through art, they seek to tear down the walls that stand in the way of communication.

Discover their story and see how the EU supports the cultural sector through our new multimedia story.
