Call – National Communication Expert (Armenia)– EU4Green Recovery East

The EU4Green Recovery East (EU4GRE) programme is seeking a national communication expert to support the implementation of communication and visibility activities in Armenia.

The position is managed by the International Office for Water (OiEau), EU4GRE programme partner, and will focus on ensuring EU visibility, engaging national stakeholders, and promoting the programme’s results at country level.

The assignment will be divided into two phases:

• Phase 1 (Firm phase): Development of a National Communication Action Plan (NCAP) and budget adapted to the national context.
• Phase 2 (Optional phase): Implementation of communication and visibility activities based on the approved plan.
