EU and Armenia deepen economic and energy cooperation in Yerevan high-level talks
On October 26, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and DG ENEST Director-General Gert Jan Koopman co-chaired the fifth Joint EU–Armenia Task Force meeting in Yerevan, held alongside a session of the High-Level Policy Dialogue.
The discussions highlighted the accelerating momentum in EU–Armenia relations, placing strong emphasis on boosting economic stability and energy resilience. Central to the agenda was the implementation of structural reforms backed by the EU’s Multi-Sector Budget Support programme – a core component of the broader 2024–2027 Resilience and Growth Plan for Armenia.
