Bringing Europe closer to Armenian communities

What is this about?

The ‘More EU in Armenia’ is a nationwide outreach initiative led by the Young European Ambassadors, in partnership with the EU Delegation to Armenia. Taking place at a key moment in EU–Armenia relations, the initiative brings together young people from Armenia and EU Member States for a week of dialogue, exchange, and engagement.

Why does it matter?

Hundreds of young people engaged

4 locations

50 Young European Ambassadors from Armenia

6 Young European Ambassadors from Germany, Spain, Greece, Sweden and the United Kingdom

Across Armenia, young people will have the opportunity to engage directly with peers from across Europe, ask questions, exchange perspectives, and explore how EU cooperation connects to their everyday lives, from education and mobility to local development and community initiatives.

Where to meet us?

University visits, meetings with local communities, cultural activities, and peer-to-peer exchanges give young people the chance to meet, talk, and learn from one another.

Each stop brings new conversations, new people, and new perspectives.

About the YEAs initiative

The Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) initiative brings together young people from across the EU and Eastern Partnership countries, including Armenia, to connect, share ideas, and engage on topics that matter to them.

It focuses on making EU cooperation more visible and easier to understand, while encouraging young people to take an active role in their communities and shape the future together.

Launched by the European Union in 2016, the initiative has already involved more than 2,500 young people from over 30 countries.
