On 22 June, the \u2018Sustainable, impactful and inclusive civil society\u2019 (SIICS) project was officially launched in Yerevan, aiming to strengthen civil society in Armenia.<\/p>\n
During the event, the 36 sub-grantee organisations selected through an open competition were introduced, along with the project\u2019s main areas of activity.<\/p>\n
The project aims to strengthen the role of civil society in Armenia as a resilient, independent, and trusted actor in democratic governance, policy engagement and community empowerment.<\/p>\n
The project is implemented with the support of the European Union by the Democracy Development Foundation, People in Need (PIN), and the Boon Scientific and Cultural Foundation.<\/p>\n
