The project is implemented within the programme \u2018Covenant of Mayors \u2013 Demonstration Projects\u2019, and aims at reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in Yerevan through renewable energy sources and energy efficiency measures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><span lang=\"EN-GB\" lang=\"EN-GB\" lang=\"EN-GB\"><span><span>The energy modernisation works include the installation of solar-powered systems with total capacity of 630 kW, nearly 400 outdoor LED lights and 5,500 indoor LED lights with motion sensors.
